Warranty:

The biggest question from customers about any ECU software is, “will this void my warranty?” Softronic is one of the only companies that gives you your true original file and a tuned file when you purchase our software. Any aftermarket ECU flash can and will be detected by a Porsche PIWIS factory tool. However when you reload your original file with the Flash Cable and Client Software, there is no detection. How do we know? Softronic does data checking for many race organizations and Porsche is one of them. To check the data on race cars, we pull a random binary section of the file and check it against what is the original Porsche code. If this string does not match, then it has been altered. All tuned files must alter this data in order to work. However when you load your original file back to the car, this is not the case. To answer the biggest question, no this will not affect your warranty of the vehicle when only using our files. ECU flash loading is done at your own risk and if the instructions are not clearly followed, damage to your vehicle can occur. SoftronicTuning.com cannot be responsible for any issues that you may cause during flash loading.
