Porsche 996TT K24/18G 60lb Inj Upgrade 650HP Tune – $1995
The most popular turbo upgrade for the 996 Turbo is taking the OEM K24 turbos found on the X50 or GT2 and having them modified with an 18G exhaust side. This turbo setup then produces the same low end turbo spool of the K24 but with a huge increase in the mid to top end RPM range. This map is designed to run using 60lb injectors and an electronic boost controller. Inconjunction with corresponding mods, this ECU tune will take your vehicle up to 650HP to the crank. Modifications should be consulted with a installer and the assistance of Softronic to maximize the potential of your vehicle. The tuned file is designed to eliminate the factory boost controller and raise the factory boost cut from 1.3bar to 1.6bar. For those running catless race pipes, Softronic raises the O2 limiters which trick the computer from throwing a CEL. This map is available for a 91 octane or 93 octane pump gas car as well.
Softronic flashes all the 996 Turbo cars via the OBDII port with the provided flasher cable. With their Flasher Client software, they are reading a full 1mb of the file to completely tune the ECU. Other companies claim to be able to do this, but are only read 128kb and making global changes. Softronic will also provided you with your original file. With this original file you can flash your car back to stock at any point. This map includes 2 revisions in the price. If revisions are necessary, you must provide the dyno sheet showing HP, TQ, Boost, and AFR as well as a Durametric datalog. The Durametric cable is required for the revisions to be considered.
As tested on a 2002 996TT Tiptronic, this car made 529awhp and 532ft/lbs of torque on a Mustang AWD dyno. With a 25% drivetrain loss, that is a 661hp to the crank. The car was equipped with a high flow exhaust system, boost hoses, cold air intake, diverter valves, boost controller, 60lb injectors, and running 1.4bar on 109octane race gas. |

What are the benefits/functions of going with Softronic compared to the competition?
- Softronic does not require the removal of your ECU from the car. There is no down time at all.
- Your car can be flashed at your convenience from the comfort of your own garage.
- Softronic reflashing is done via a Client Cable that is connected to the OBDII port. The customer simply plugs the cable into the car and reads the file with a laptop per the instructions with the cable. Once the file is downloaded, it is emailed to the Softronic secure server where the file is tuned and then emailed back to the client. The client simply uploads the file and they are done. Total process is about 1 hour.
- Reflashing is done according to the vehicles octane level of pump gas and modifications are taken into account (Intake, Headers, Exhaust) to enhance power gains.
- All ECU Flashes include FREE of charge the ability to use the Durametric diagnostic tool with the Basic Flash Cable included in the flash price. This is a $287 value at no additional cost to you!

Porsche Cayenne S 4.5L V8 – $995
The Porsche Cayenne S has a comfortable 4.5L V8 engine. Stock, the car makes 340hp to the crank. But for those using the Cayenne S as a daily driver or tow vehicle, you need more. Softronic has developed one of the best ECU maps for the Cayenne S to give you another 23 horsepower to the crank and 20ft/lbs of torque.
Stock Power – 340HP and 310ft/lbs
Tuned Power – 363HP and 330ft/lbs
The 04-06 Porsche Cayenne is one of the only vehicles that requires the removal of the ECU from the car. Because of the ECU communication, OBDII flashing is not available. Once the ECU is removed from the car, you can overnight it directly to Softronic where it will be bench flashed and then return overnighted back. The ECU flash will alter your fuel, and timing maps to give you a very linear increase of power over stock. For those worried about check engine lights, there are none! Once the car is flashed, the low end torque and throttle response will be much improved. The overall improvement of drivability makes the Cayenne S even more fun then it was originally. Softronic can program your vehicle no matter what country you are from or what octane you use. We have different maps for those running 91 octane or 93 octane and higher.

The 2008 and up Porsche Cayenne is a big change over previous models. The new Cayenne S has switched from a Bosch ECU to now running a Siemens SDI system. The new 4.8L engine in the Cayenne S is much more powerful then the previous generation. With this original file you can flash your car back to stock at any point. If you go to the dealer, there will be nothing visible through the Porsche PIWIS system.
