If the thought of connecting a computer to your expensive vehicle scares you, then we have a solution for you!  The Softronic ECU Flash instructions are pretty straight forward, but some people may not be computer saavy or want to take the risk and try it.  No problem, Vivid Racing and Softronic Tuning can remotely flash your vehicle for you.  All you need to do is have the Softronic Cable sent to you, a windows based laptop, and a internet connection.  We use a screen sharing program that allows us to remotely view your desktop and take control to read out your vehicle and then following up to flash it.  While using our Live Support feature to the right or on the phone with us, we will walk you through the process.

Customer is responsible for the following actions:

  • Making sure you have the proper computer system (windows XP, Vista, 7)
  • Making sure you have a strong and stable internet connection
  • Making sure any virus software and screensavers are disables
  • Making sure any chat programs or notifications are turned off
  • Connecting a battery charger to the vehicle
  • Turning the car on and off
  • Enjoying it!

I just sent you an upload file from my Cayman 2.7.

I found out the Check Engine sign show after all the process is done.
What should I do about this Engine light showing?

    Soratat.

  3. Clear the light using the http://www.durametric.com tool which your cable works with.
